The Mediterranean Bank Network was established in November 1996 one year after and as a direct result of the 1995 Barcelona Declaration.

It is a non-profit banking organisation and strategic partnership between leading and medium sized Mediterranean banks and is designed to promote inter-regional commercial and business relationships amongst its members.

Mediterranean Bank Network maintains strong links to other networks and organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, working in the field of financial services including professional organisations such as Chambers of Commerce, enterprises, multi country platforms for the development in the Mediterranean Region and in the European Region.

IDEC is a training consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece. Its activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation and development of e-learning and ICT solutions for both private and public sector. IDEC co-operates with more than 170 institutes all through Europe and with about 300 experts on specific fields.

IDEC is a certified Lifelong Learning Centre, specialised in teachers training, organising transnational training courses for teachers and staff in school education, vocational education and training, adult education and higher education.

Inqubator Leeuwarden from the Netherlands was set up in 2010 and is now the hotspot in Friesland for students, start-ups and professionals to turn good ideas into new businesses . Inqubator distinguishes Stand-ups, Start-ups and Grow-ups so as to provide tailored and practical support that includes training, coaching and investment. It operates from two locations: the General ‘Inqubator’ in the city centre and the Water‘Inqubator’ located at WaterCampus Leeuwarden.

Inqubator also plays hosts to foreign start-ups facilitating them to enter the Dutch market via a dedicated soft landing programme.

Bridging to the Future (BTF) is a British company which has its origins in investment – investing in start up companies and early growth companies in a breadth of sectors including retail, arts, tech, logistics and recreation. From this foundation as investors, BTF has evolved and now combines its investment portfolio with a department which designs, tests and rolls out a range of programmes and methodologies with the aim of increasing the number of entrepreneurs, leaders, start ups and community based initiatives.

The aim of BTF is to enable economic independence for all on a global scale with a focus on locally based socio-economically sustainable initiatives. BTF works with a wide variety of stakeholders: women, LGBT, peripheral regions, young people, disabled and those who have been marginalised and disenfranchised. BTF believes in responsible capitalism and the social economy – creating jobs and economic independence in the tradition of social entrepreneurism pioneered by Cadbury in Birmingham. Effebi Association - Finance & Banking

Effebi Association is a non-profit Association which since its foundation in 1978 has been a reference point for people involved in the management and development of HR and organizational models mainly for the banking and financial sector.

Members of the Association are the leading Italian Banking groups and medium/small Banks (over 17 banks and groups are members). At international level, EFFEBI Association is founder member of EBTN - European Banking and Financial Services Training Association keeping significant relationships with other Institutions, Associations, Universities, Colleges, Enterprises and Bodies active in the field of HR Management and Development.

On 2012 - by a resolution of the Board of Directors – Effebi Association has also established the Centre for Research and European Studies (CRESfb) to carried out studies and researches on HR development in the FSS, both at national and European level.

Among its aims there is the promotion of the European dimension in vocational and training though the designing of professional qualifications in line with the principles of EQF, ECVET and EQAVET.

Malta Business Bureau

The Malta Business Bureau is the EU-business advisory office of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise & Industry, and the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association. It has two offices; a Head Office in Malta and a Representation Office in Brussels. The MBB liaises directly with its counterparts both locally and abroad, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Maltese Permanent Representation in Brussels and other international business organisations namely Eurochambres, BusinessEurope and HOTREC. Through the Enterprise Europe Network, the MBB also offers its support to local businesses that wish to internationalise.
